Chicken lollipop
INGREDIENTS:
• 1/2 kg boneless chicken
• 5-6 tbsp bread crumbs
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 12 ice cream sticks, soaked in water
• Oil for frying
• 1 tbsp curry powder
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp red chili powder
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp garlic paste
• 1 tsp ginger paste
• 1/2 cup green onion, only green part, chopped
METHOD:
Put all ingredients except oil in a chopper and chop it till they are well combined.
Now apply some oil in your hands and put that mixture on sticks, give them a lollipop shape. Heat the oil and deep fry the sticks.
Yummy chicken lollipops are ready to serve. Serve them with ketchup.
