Tomato Soup

Tomato soup:

Ingredient:

One kg tomatoes
Cinnamon one small stick 
Ginger one inch piece
Black pepper few corns
1 Onions cut it four pieces 
Chicken stock 2 cups
Salt to taste
Ketchup 1/3 cup
Soy sauce 4 tbsp 
Vinegar 1 tsp 
One tin tomato purée (optional, I added to increase the soup's quantity, you can also increase the chicken stock to increase the quantity)
Sugar 4tbsp or more if you like
Ground black Pepper to taste
Red chili (optional, I didn't add cause didn't want the soup to get spicy) 
4 tbs butter 
One can nestle table cream 
Corn flour to thicken 

Method:

Boil tomatoes with cinnamon,ginger,onions,salt. Once the tomatoes are almost dissolved sieve out all lumpy things (you will be left with a very watery tomato stock)

Add chicken stock 

Add tomato ketchup, sugar, salt, ground pepper, soy sauce, vinegar.

Add enough corn flour to give it a thick consistency 

Add the butter 

Add cream right before serving and mix it with a fork 

This soup is served with fried bread croutons which is made simply by cutting up slices in squares and frying them till they are golden. This soup is super heavy yet the ultimate comfort food.
