Red Velvet Cake

Red velvet cake:

Ingredients:

1 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 teaspoon cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 baking soda
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup sour milk
Red food color
Frosting: 
100gm unsalted butter
2 table spoon cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
200 gm cream

Method:

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, soda,  salt, and cocoa powder. Separate egg whites and egg yolks, beat the whites till foamy and soft peaks.
In another bowl add oil, egg yolks beat them and the dry ingredients. Add egg white, sour milk and red food color. Mix well. Bake @ 180 degrees C. 
For the frosting beat the butter(should NOT be refrigerated) then add sugar, cream and cream cheese.
