Chocolate Pudding Cheese Cake:
Ingredients :
Philadelphia cream cheese 300g Butter 150 g Condensed milk 300 g Thick cream 200 g Marie biscuits 1 rollHershey chocolate powder 2 tbsp heapedCreme caramel or pudding mix 1 packet
Method :
Preheat your oven at 200°C. In a rectangular oven proof dish crush the Marie biscuits along with butter and spread evenly. Make a layer. Now in a separate bowl mix Philadelphia cream cheese Condensed milk and thick cream with a hand whisk or beater. Pour this mixture over the biscuits layer and bake for 10-15mins until light golden layer forms on top. Remove from oven. Now in a separate pan boil a cup of water and add the pudding mix and cocoa powder and bring it to boil stirring continuously for a minute. Remove from heat and let the heat settle down a bit. Now pour this chocolate pudding evenly on the cheese cake making sure both are not very hot. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Before serving mark diamond shaped cuts so its easier to take out pieces.. Also u can top it up with some whip cream.Types of Cake
