COCONUT CAKE

COCONUT CAKE:

Ingredients:-

●4 Eggs,
●1 tbsp Baking powder,
●1 cup Sugar,
●3/4 cup finely shredded Desiccated Coconut (unsweetened),
●1 cup Coconut Milk,
●1 and a half cups Flour.

Method:-

□In a mixer beat the Eggs, Sugar and Baking powder on high speed until light and Fluffy..

□Then add the Coconut milk and continue mixing on medium Speed..

□Next add the shredded Coconut  and continue mixing on medium Speed..

□Then add the Flour and mix well until everything thing is well Mixed..

□Pour the Batter in a greased bundt pan or any shape pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 to 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out Clean..

□Once the cake is ready, remove it from the oven and let it cool Completely..

☆Garnish the cake with icing Sugar or even sweetened desiccated Coconut.
