Cream of mushroom Soup

Ingredients:

Chicken stock(i just put salt and chicken cube and give a boil) 5 cups max
Butter 1 tbsp
Oil 1 tsp
Chopped onion 1 small
Boil chicken cube or shredded
Mushroom chopped 
Garlic 1 clove
Meda 1 tbsp
Neslte cream 4 tbsp
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Chicken powder 1 tsp

Method:

In a saucepan add butter oil heat and add garlic saute then onion saute till become soft add chicken mushroom blk pepper chk pwd saute and meda and bounfy achey se then add stock cook till it comes to a boil then add cream..cook it become thick in a texture
Serve with croutons.
