Butter Naan

Ingredients:

2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda 
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbls oil
1/4 cup yoghurt
3/4 cup luke warm waterMelted butter and dhania for brushing over

Method:

1. Sift the dry ingredients in a bowl.2. Add the oil and yoghurt , form breadcrumbs. 3. Add the water and form a soft dough.4. Knead till smooth and allow to rest for 1 hour. 5. Divide into 8 balls.6. Roll out oval shape, slightly thick .7. Toast on hot pan , brush butter over and sprinkle dhaniax
