Tandoori Tikka

Tandoori tikka skewers💜💜

Ingredients:

1 kg chicken fillet( cut into even size cubes)
1 tbls ginger garlic paste 
1 tsp red chili paste 

1 tbsp lemon juice 
1 tblsp tikka sauce 
1 tbls tomato sauce 
3 tbls oil
1 tsp salt
2 tsp chicken spice 
2 tsp tandoori spice 
2 tsp tikka spice
1 tsp black pepper 
2 tsp crushed red chilies 
1 tsp whole jeero
1 tsp crushed jeero
1 tsp  dhana jeeru

1 onion sliced
Fresh dhania chopped
Slices of lemon

Melted ghee to brush over

Method:

1. Marinate the cubes in all the above ingredients (allow to marinate for a few hours )
2. Thread cubes onto skewers.
3. Line an oven tray with foil and place the skewers on.
4. Place onions , dhania and lemon over .
5. Bake in a preheated oven 200 degrees, bottom shelf for 20 minutes. 
6. Remove from oven and brush with ghee .
7. Change setting to grill , position shelf one above the center and grill for a few minutes. 
8. Place over a bed of lettuce and garnish with dhania.
8. Serve with puri or butter naan ,homemade sauce and a squeeze of lemon juice.
