CAPPUCCINO FALOODA

CAPPUCCINO  FALOODA. 

Ingredients :

1 litre milk
1 full tsp China grass powder
2 level tbls coffee powder 
1 tbsp custard powder 
2 tbls water
1 tsp vanilla essence 
1 big tin condensed milk
1 small Tetra Pack Cream 
Few Strawberry for decorate 

Method :

  1.  Bring  the milk and  China grass  powder to a boil over medium heat stirring all the time.
  2.  Mix  the coffee and custard powder with the water. 
  3.  Add this  to the  boiling milk and give 3 boils.
  4.  Remove from the  heat.
  5. Add  the vanilla, nestle cream. 
  6. Condensed milk, beat well. ( A hand blender can be used)
  7.  Cool and decorate as desired. 
  8.  Serve chilled.
