Chocolate cupcakes
Ingredient
1 egg large1 Cup flour
1 Cup Sugar
1/4 plus 2 tbsp Coco powder
1/2 tsp bak powder
1/2 tsp bak soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup sour cream or yogurt
1/2 water with 1 tsp coffee
1/4 cup oil
Vanilla extract 1 tsp.
Method:
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl and add wet ingredient. Beat for 5 min until we’ll combine. Pour in cupcake liner and bake them in pre heated oven at 170’c for 12-15 min.Buttercream:
200 gms butter
4 cups icing sugar
Few drops vanilla
Few drops of milk if icing is hard.
Beat all ingredients until mix well. Don’t over beat.
