Mutton gravy
Ingredient
Oil half cupOnion 3
Tomatoes 4
Green chilies 4
Cumin seeds 1tbsp
Coriander 1tbsp (roasted n slightly ground)
Cumin seeds (roasted n slightly ground)
Ginger paste 1 tbsp
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Round red chilies 10
Salt 1 and a half tsp
Red chilli powder 1tsp
Turmeric powder 1tsp
Black pepper 1tsp
Mutton /beef 800grams (sliced, mince or cut it into small cubes
Coconut milk half tin
Noddles as required or 600 gm
Method
Heat Oil, saute gg paste for one minute then add onions saute until it becomes translucent.Add tomatoes and green chilies and saute for 2-3 minutes till tomatoes are soft. Then blend this mixture into a blender with water to make smooth paste.then add 2tb Oil into the same pan, and turn to medium heat add 1tbsp of whole cumin seeds and saute till seeds pop. Then add blended paste and cook for 2-3 mins and then add mutton, black pepper, coriander powder , cumin powder, red round chilli powder. Turn heat to high flame and cook for 3 mins until mutton change its color. Turn heat to low and add a cup of water cook the mutton until meet is tender and oil surfaces and in the end add coconut milk and cook for 1 min and set it aside

Assemble:
First add noddles then coconut curry and then mutton gravy in the bowl. Top with your preferred condiments..... And Enjoy.
