Ingredients
600 grams boneless chicken2 tbsp ginger garlic h green chilli paste
2 tbsp yoghurt (dahi)
handful chopped coriander leaves
1 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp cumin powder
salt to taste
1/4 th cup malai or fresh cream
30 grams butter
Method
Marinate chicken with yoghurt ginger garlic green chilli paste chopped coriander leaves malai or fresh cream pepper powder garam masala powder cumin powder salt for atleast 2 hoursThen put them on skewers arrange them on a pan roast on low medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes on one side then flip over and roast on other side too
Once water evaporates from the chicken and masala brush butter or oil all over and roast till golden spots appear on them
