Khaosay:

Ingredients :

Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
Onion 1 large,blended
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Coconut milk powder 3 tbsp
Coriander powder 1-1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli powder 3 tsp
Salt 1-1/2 tsp
Oil 1/2 cup
Spaghetti 1/2 packet,boiled

For serve:

Brown onion as required
Coriander leaves as reruired
Garlic 2 tbsp , fried
Green chilli chopped as required
Lemon 2 slices
Crushed red pepper as required
Boiled eggs 2 chopped
Fried chillies
Fried garlic

For curry:

onion 2 tbs chopped
Ginger,garlic paste 1 tsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Roasted gram flour 6 tbsp mixed with 1cup of water
Red Chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
Salt
Coconut milk powder 1/2 cup mixed with 1 cup of water

Method for chicken gravy :

Heat oil, stir-fry onion for 5 minutes.
Then add ginger,garlic paste and all spices fry little more.
Now add chicken and cook covered for 10 minutes.
Then add coconut milk.
cooked the chicken till tender mais and the gravy.

Method for curry:

Heat oil and fry onion till golden brown.
Then add ginger,garlic paste and all ingredients stir fry well.
Now add coconut milk powder and 1 cup water cooked well.
In last add paste of roasted gram and cooked till curry in thick form.

For servings take a bowl put in boiled spaghetti.
Then add chicken curry on boiled spaghetti and sprinkle all garnishing ingredients one by one.
Serve hot.
