Vanilla cake
Ingredient:
Eggs : 3
Sugar : 1 cup
Baking powder : 2 tsp
Butter : 125 gms
Vanilla essence : few drops
(In the actual recipe it's lemon essence)
Yellow food colour : few drops
Flour : 1 cup and two tbsp
Milk : 2 tbsp
Method :
Beat butter and sugar till it's creamy .
Then add essence and Food colour and beat
Add eggs to the mixture one by one while beating it
Mix flour and baking powder . Then add these dry ingredients into the mixture slowly and fold it add milk and fold it with light hands
Bake it for 20 -25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clear
Baking temperature for electric oven is 150° And gas oven is 180°
Note:
Everything should be on room temperature like eggs butter milk .
Use proper measuring cups.
