Mayo garlic kabbab
Potatoes 1/2 kg boiled n mashed
Chicken 1/2 kg boneless
Behari boti masala 1/2 packet
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Yogurt 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Crushed red chili 1 tsp full
Coal for smoke
Egg
Bread crumbs
For mayo garlic filling...
Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
Mozerella cheese 6 tbsp shredded
Garlic paste 1tsp
Mix them n keep in freezer for 20 mins.
Method..
Marinate chicken with behari boti masala, ginger garlic paste and yogurt for an hour. Cook till chicken gets tender nd water dries. Shred chicken.Boil nd mash potatoes..mix chicken nd potatoes together, add a bit salt n crushed red chilies.
