Bihari Boti Roll

Onion    1 med finely cut
Roll patti
Coal  :    for smoke

For marination...

Beef / chicken     1/2 kg
Behari boti masala     1/2 pkt
Lemon juice       2 tbsp
Yogurt       2 tbsp
Ginger garlic        1 tbsp

Marinate chicken with all the above ingredients for almost 2 hours for chicken and 3-4 hours for beef..
Cook well. Nd give coal smoke.

For Green chatni

 1 cup  Imli pulp1 bunch  Coriander leavesMint leaves            5-6 stemsCumin seeds     1 tsp
Salt         to taste
Garlic      3-4 cloves
Green chilies         3-4

Blend altogether. If needed than add 2 tbsp of water. Not more than that..

Method.
Spread roll patti. Place chicken/beef on it. Add 1 tsp of green chatni  and onion on top of chicken. Wrap it and deep fry ..

*Beef boti tastes great than chicken.
