Recipe :
Dry batter :1/2 cup maida
1tsp garlic powder
1/tsp black pepper
Salt 1/2tsp
Red chilli powder 1tsp
Mixed herbs
Mix well
Wet batter :
Take 1/2 cup butter milk and 1 egg and little bit of salt whisk it .Now take long chicken strips first coat it with maida mixture then butter milk mixture then again coat it with maida mixture and buttermilk mixture and coat it with chopped samosa patti ..
and then deep fry it ..
Secret sauce :
Mayonnaise
Tomato Chilli ketchup
Worecestershire sauce
Half lemon juice
Black pepper
Mix well
